Allows multiple administrators (non independent). Our user's guide has detailed illustrations with how to's and tips makes things easy, even for novices. No programming skills are needed to use the newsletter software. This easy to use and intuitive newsletter management system keeps in mind the average non-technical user. Automated Subscribe, un-subscribe processes Easily add an un-subscribe link in your newsletter using a simple menu. We offer 3 different un-subscribe actions that can all be included in the same newsletter: Administrators receive automatic email alerts when someone subscribes (can be turned on/off in the admin panel). For each subscriber you can record: name, email, address, city, state, zip, country, password, html/text preference and the lists he/she selects. In addition to that you have 3 free subscriber variables to define as you like (e.g. male, gender, etc). Additionally the following information is recorded automatically and "silently": date subscribed, date last updated, IP address, last time emailed. Our system allows you to efficiently manage the automatic feedback that is given when users provide confirmation, arrive, or leave. You may define all these emails and screen messages in the admin panel using the easy html editor. Unlimited mailing lists (subscriber groups) You can create and maintain any number of mailing lists. You can use this feature to build hidden lists (not publicly available to subscribe). This allows you to organize subscribers that share some common characteristics or interests. You can build sub-groups from a single subscriber group, or pull subscribers from across multiple mailing lists to build mailings that only go out to specific candidates, allowing for more efficient grouping and management of your subscribers. You can have and manage an unlimited number of subscribers. Subscribers are not limited in how many lists they may subscribe to. Subscribers may select whether they prefer html or text emails. Subscribers can update their subscriptions on-line with ready-made forms that are included. You can also create custom sign-up forms using an easy wizard in the admin panel. In this way, you decide exactly what information to ask from your subscribers. We offer comprehensive utilities for subscriber and mailing list management. Including the ability to copy subscribers from one list to another with a single click. You can list un-assigned subscribers, delete them or assign them to a list. See detailed click-tracking statistics per subscriber and newsletter. Our tracking tools allow you to see if, who and how many subscribers are opening your newsletters (views tracking).
