Development Process


	5 Step Development Process: After you have selected your options and approved the quote, DNA (makers of Freedom) follows a series of development steps to ensure you receive a web site that you can be proud of. Below is a list of the steps and approval points that will occur during the Freedom Web Site Development Process.


	Design & Approval


	First you must select *one* of *three* design methods. *One, choose an existing website template* from our template library to be customized with your colors and logo. *Two, have our design team create an original design. Three, integrate your existing design* into Freedom for easy maintenance. DNA will produce a graphic mockup of the completed design online in our Customer Web site Samples area. DNA will make revisions to your design to make sure the final product is one you can be proud. The number of revisions you are allowed depends on what package you purchase and you can always add more revisions at our hourly rate. After the design revisions are complete you will be emailed our Final Design Approval Form. After you have signed and faxed our Final Design Approval Form, DNA will integrate your design into the *Freedom* Web Site Maintenance System.


	Download Freedom & Start Entering Content!


	You will be sent an e-mail notifying you that your web site is complete and ready to download. The e-mail includes your username, password, a link to our Customer Web site Staging area, and a link to the Support section of this web site, where you can download the *Freedom* software. Our Customer Web Site Staging area is temporary web space where you will be able to develop and view your web site until you are ready to take your web site live. This area makes it easy for you to collaborate with co-workers and get feedback before you go live.


	*Services & Web Site Add-On's*


	During this step the content will be added to the web site, by you or one of our Content Development Professionals, and DNA will integrate all of the Web Site Add-On's that were purchased. If you purchased Content Development or any other Helpful Services, a DNA service representative will contact you to schedule a consultation appointment. If you didn't purchase these services, they can always be added later.


	Freedom Training


	Free Freedom Online Animated Software Training is available through our website 24 hours a day. If you have purchased our Phone, or other Freedom Training, a DNA service representative will contact you to schedule a training or consultation appointment. If you didn't purchase these services, they can always be added later.


	*Going Live With Your New Web Site!*


	When everything is to your liking and you are ready to launch your web site, simply contact us at (530) 566.0446 or contact@gotodna.com and a customer service representative will reconfigure Freedom remotely and update your new web site to your live URL.
